Custom Speaker Grill With Trim Frame

Sold by perforated grill size. Please order grill a 1/4" smaller in both Height and Width then the size of the opening.

The Trim Frame Extends 1/2" Beyond the Perforated Grill On All Four Sides.

The perforated part of these grills is made from 22 gauge steel with 1/16" holes on a 3/32" stagger (the same material as our other steel speaker grills). The grill has a 1/2" flange and is mounted (snap locked permanently) to a formed to fit 1/2" solid steel trim frame made from 26 gauge steel. Ours grills are very transparent to both sound & infrared (remote control signal) and are suitable for indoor use. Custom made speaker grills are made to be within 1/16" of ordered size. Because these grills are custom made they are not returnable. The grills with trim frame are sold individually.

We have not installed them yet, but my first impression is that they will look great.  But one of the corners on each screen was was not as tight as the others.  There was a gap in the joint.  I attempted to align, but did not want to damage the screen, So I left it.

Did not get the size I thought I ordered. I took the grill I had and added 1” to the height and width. You than added another 1” to both. Now I have 2grills I can’t use. If I am wrong you need to make changes to your Website. Thanks

I'm just working on installing these, but love them so far. I may have either been too tight with my tolerances on measuring or the got built a hair wider, but I'm having to shave down the drywall a bit to get them to fit. Once in, they look amazing and are exactly the look I was going for!
