The whole experience left me a little disappointed when the installer pointed out that the magnet fasteners did not get shipped as ordered. Its the little things as they say. Replacement grills for Energy in wall speakers March 13, 2017 Reviewer: Gregg Smith from Arlington, VA United States   We have a full set of Energy in-wall speakers that are about 10 years old but were rarely used so put them away in storage. When we built out our new conference room we were excited to install the Energy's to provide for great surround sound, because of course every conference room needs surround, right?! Long story short, while we were able to find the speakers in our storage it seems as though someone tossed the box containing the 5 grills. Panic when we discovered that Energy had been bought out and had no parts inventory on earlier model products. We found SpeakerWorks and our problem was solved. Not only were the replacement grills exact fit for the speakers, but the customer service was fantastic. I give these guys 5 stars and undying thanks. Gregg Smith Was this review helpful to you?

Review March 17, 2015 Reviewer: Bruce R from Acton, MA United States   Great product but I did not measure properly in that I did not account for the 1/2 hem on each side.  I could also not figure out how the grill hung so I had to call customer service who then transferred me to the "shop".  And they easily answered my questions.  I would suggest that they have pictures on the site in terms of how to mount and very clear instructions about adding a 1/2 inch on each side to allow for proper instalation/hanging.
