Kit to repair one 15 inch speaker. Comes with 1 surround, instructions, can be ordered with or without adhesive, applicator brush, and phone or email technical support. Fits a speaker cone of 11 3/8 inches. Works on angle attach speaker cones.
Works for:

15" speakers with large roll surrounds
Surround Outside Diameter: 14 7/8"
Speaker Cone Outside Diameter: 11 1/2""
Surround Inside Diameter: 11"

The SpeakerWorks foam surround replacement was a perfect fit.  But care must be taken to assure that the voice coil is perfectly centered before final gluing to the speaker frame.  This may require offsetting the foam ring on the basket face.  I learned the hard way by having to detach and reattach it when the voice coil scraped during operation.
