The speaker I ordered would not fit in my cabinets cut out.  My bad.  Emailed the Returns Department.  They quickly sent reply authorizing me to return the speaker.  Easy process, no muss, no fuss.  Word to the wise, before ordering replacement speakers make sure they will fit in your existing cabinets cut out opening!
