Refoaming kit April 6, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Baldwinsville, NY United States   This turned out to be much simpler than I expected.  Good instructions and the kit worked well.  Much better than trying to find new drivers, or shipping the speakers somewhere to be repaired. Deluxe Refoam Kit February 17, 2021 Reviewer: Martin Struth from Anderson, SC United States   Had a voice coil rubbing in one of my woofers  in my 1983 Infinity RS4B’s. Discovered that the spider had separated  from the voice coil  at the glue joint around about  half of the voice coil. The shims supplied in refoam Kit were perfect for centering my voice coal while using a 5 minute epoxy to Reglue  the spider to the voice coil. Called Speaker Works to inquire if glue in refoam kit would work, and they immediately said no, that I should use the epoxy. Thanks for the great advice. Voice coil rub is gone and speaker sounds as great as I remember it did in 1983. Was this review helpful to you?

Kit Works great!!! December 2, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lakeland, FL United States   Replaced the foams for my JBL Bass 20 subwoofer.  Took about 1 hour each to scrape off the old material and glue the new foam.  Waited overnight before re-installing in the speaker housing.  Worked flawlessly! The only odd thing is the glue, it was brownish instead of white in the picture, but it worked fine nonetheless. I will recommend SpeakerWorks to my friends! Was this review helpful to you?
