Foam Surround Kit November 13, 2015 Reviewer: Donald Brown from Smithtown, NY United States   Repaired a pair of Radio Shack Minimus 77 speakers.  Old surround was gummy.  Removed it and cleaned the cone and basket with laquer thinner.  New surround was glued to the underside of the cone.  Used a small weight to depress the cone while the clue was drying.  Used a large plastic screw cap which was the proper diameter to press on the outer diameter of the surround to glue it to the basket.  Speakers work perfectly. Consistently quality October 15, 2015 Reviewer: Larry Willett from Brown Summit, NC United States   This is my third time to use this company's product to repair my speakers.  Each time, shipping is quick and repair is always perfect.  None of the speakers have failed after repair.  Sure beats buying a new speaker. It worked! June 15, 2015 Reviewer: James Stewart from Albuquerque, NM United States   It was a little unclear what part to buy for my Optimus Pro-77 speakers and perhaps I bought the wrong ones anyway.  Upon installation I was worried that it seemed to me that the replacement surrounds would stiffen up the cone too much to change the acoustics of it.  Perhaps it did, but the speakers sound pretty great again to me anyway.  I'm just glad such a product exists to revive old speakers.  Would sure do this again on other speakers! 4-1/2" Speaker Repair Kit May 4, 2015 Reviewer: Garth Paul from Christchurch, Mid Canterbury New Zealand   Great product. Everything needed including full instructions came with the kit. WAY cheaper to repair than replace speakers with failed suspensions. This is the second time I have re-suspended speakers with these kits and both times gave perfect results. Minimus 77 cone surround replacement March 6, 2015 Reviewer: Peter Wiles from Cumberland, BC Canada   Received package from speakerworks in the mail within days of ordering. About 3 hours later, the pair of speakers were rebuilt and working well. It's a little finnicky, removing the old surround, but very simple and even easier to glue in the new surround. Twenty bucks and my speakers are like new! Was this review helpful to you?

Minimus 77 surrounds December 16, 2014 Reviewer: curt hungerford from port hope, ON Canada   With some slight modifications to the install, this was extremely easy to do. I wasn't that fussy with how they look because I bought these used years ago and they owe me nothing, but they did sound good before the surrounds rotted away and didn't want to trash them. It cost me very little and not much work time. They sound great again. Delivery was fast and efficient. Quality of product is fine. SpeakerWorks was great to work with. Found the foam I couldn't find elsewhere December 10, 2014 Reviewer: carl richard from Enfield, CT United States   The title sums it up. This foam fit a pair of Infinity 5 inch mids nicely.
