5 of 5 Great Product, Fast Delivery August 22, 2016
Reviewer: Doug S from Fresno, CA United States
My speaker foam ring blew to pieces after many years of use. Finding a replacement speaker matching the Klipsch specs proved nearly impossible. Speaker Works supplied a solution for 1/2 the cost of any other vendor and it fit perfectly. I followed the instructions, installed the new rubber surround and let the glue dry. When I powered up it sounded as good as the day the system was new. Great product, love the price and fast delivery time… Thanks Speaker Works!

5 of 5 Speaker Surround Replacement August 1, 2016
Reviewer: Gary K from Appleton, WI United States
I needed 4 speakers fixed.  The surrounds had completely rotted away.  The local shop would charge $60 apiece to repair them.  I ordered one at first and when I discovered how simple it was to repair with the straight-forward and clear directions, I ordered 3 more.  They are installed and work great!
Thanks a million.

5 of 5 Klipsch Promedia 2.1 Back in Action! May 28, 2016
Reviewer: Bryant from WI United States
After I experienced the dreaded 10 year+ foam rot of my subwoofer speaker surround foam, I ordered and used the Speakerworks speaker kit to return my speaker to working order.

Fast shipping and good directions...thank you!

P.S. - As an extra note using clothes pins to ensure the cone was centered and retain the outer edge of the surround rubber (while the glue set) worked really well.  This technique might be worth a picture in the instructions.

5 of 5 Klipsch Promedia 2.1 Subwoofer Surround Repair March 4, 2016
Reviewer: SCC from Northern CA United States
The instructions were generic but here are some comments on my Promedia 2.1 replacement.

1. When the speaker is removed, there is a plastic ring over the old foam. I gently pried it up with a small screwdriver.
2. I removed the old foam from the speaker basket but left a black paper strip which was glued to the metal. You'll save a lot of work if you just clean it up as best you can and leave as much of the paper as possible.
3. The old foam was glued to the back edge of the speaker cone. I glued the new rubber to the 'front' of it and let dry 24 hrs.
4. I could hear a 'scraping' sound with very little movement of the speaker cone. I just let it lie in it's natural position and glued the new rubber down. Right after gluing, I pushed the black plastic ring back on and placed the speaker on a smooth surface (speaker facing down) to dry for 24 hours.

4 of 5 Rubber speaker surround January 15, 2016
Reviewer: Bob Halycz from Mississauga, ON Canada
Your product is very good and shipping was prompt, however the price is a bit higher than I would like and compounded by the weak Canadian dollar and duty charges at the border. It ended up costing me almost $30 dollars for one surround kit and glue. If there were 2 surrounds in the kit then I could see value for the money. Good product though.

5 of 5 Excellent January 7, 2016
Reviewer: Joel from MI United States
Repaired a set of sony bookshelf speakers with torn foam surrounds.  Decided to upgrade them to the speakerworks rubber surrounds.  They sound way better than they ever did before, glad i spent the time to do the repair instead of tossing them.

the rubber surrounds worked perfectly for some older Jensen floor speakers, which originally had foam surrounds. they fit great, the glue worked great and all was about half the price of others I found online.

5 of 5 Wharfedale 6 1/2" speakers October 5, 2015
Reviewer: Aaron Wheeler from Auckland, Auckland New Zealand
Easy to repair the rubber sounds of my wharfedale diamond speakers. The glue stuck to the Kevlar cone quite nicely. Took a little while longer to stick to the steel outer ring.
