Abaca Audio 4" High-End Dome Tweeter 8 Ohm - AAT418

This carefully designed tweeter represents the next generation of high-frequency dome tweeters and produces natural and detailed sound and flat frequency response, up to 40 KHz. A natural fiber coated high damping dome membrane and high-performance magnetic structure ensure excellent performance and consistency. The high density symmetrical drive magnetic field system improves transient response and better dynamics are achieved using a ferrofluid cooled 25mm voice coil. Precision front plate ensures great linear frequency and off axis response.

This tweeter is a perfect match for the AAW61B8 or the AAW61A8 in a 2-way speaker cabinet.

Sorry, I'm sure the speakers are great, but my old cabinet is not. Refurbing an old cabinet is not always the right thing to do. Maybe back in the 70s it was good, not now. Thank you guys.

I have bought 8 speakers from SpeakerWorks. Rebuilt my AR-M4s and now my daughter's AR-4s. Excellent products for the price.
